
For centuries haggis has been the national dish of Scotland but others than Scots are making it. At a September competition in Perth sponsored by the Scottish Federation of Meat Traders, first prize went to an Englishman butcher. Maybe you read the "offal news" in the Daily Record 20 Sept 2001!
