Long before Scotland's bed & breakfasts and guest houses were rated by diamonds (AA) and stars (STB), the full Scottish breakfast was widely acclaimed. In Brewer's 1898 Dictionary of Phrase and Fable is: "Scotch Breakfast, a substantial breakfast of sundry sorts of good things to eat and drink. The Scotch are famous for their breakfast-tables and tea-fights. No people in the world are more hospitable." Juice, fruit, toast, eggs, bacon and sausage are simply not enough. Add these anagrams to complete a full Scottish breakfast menu.
