Scottish Wildlife

By Kay Glasgow

When there was a Scottish wildwood, the ancient Caledonian forest, Scotland's wildlife included brown bear, beaver, bison, wild boar, elk, lynx, wild reindeer and wolf. All roamed freely, well beyond today's Highland Animal Park in Kincraig, Inverness-shire. The anagrams relate to wild things found today in Scotland's varied landscape.
