Tiumpan Head Lighthouse was built in 1900 and the engineer was David A & Charles Stevenson. It is located on the Isle of Lewis. It's night characteristic is occulting white and red every 8 seconds. The tower is 115 feet tall and has a nominal range of 25 miles with its night character of Flashing (2) White every 15 seconds. It was automated in 1985.
