Little Ross lighthouse is located on A small island on the Solway coast of Dumfries and Galloway, Little Ross lies at the west side of the mouth of Kirkcudbright Bay. Its dates from 1843 and the engineer was Alan Stevenson. The white conical tower is approximately 66 feet tall. It has a nautical range of 12 miles and flashes white every 5 seconds.
