It sounds really good but the big question for me these days is ‘How will it look?’ The real problem with the cookbook is I am supposed to take pictures of my dishes, as we want lots of beautiful pictures to show off the recipes. Cookbooks with big budgets have food designers who arrange the food to make it beautiful and lots of time that includes the use of non-food items to make the food appealing to the eye. My cookbook is not a big budget one so I have to arrange things to make them look gorgeous. That may sound easy but believe me it is not. A couple of dishes I have had to cook two or three times just to get the picture and I was still not satisfied. Sincerely,Sharma
