Most of you know if you have read this column over a period of years that I have fourteen books in print. If you are not aware of my various titles then check out my author's web site http://www.sharmakrauskopf.com. Over the years I have written for other magazines besides Scottish Radiance. Many of you have been asking whether I have any other stories on the Internet. I have found out if you search on Google you get almost 700 pages which relate to me so here is a little help on finding some of the other stories.
The biggest number of stories can be found at Lighthouse Digest where there are 25 entries because I write a column every issue entitled Light Reflections. To find my columns just go to Lighthouse Digest and search by my name. One of my favorite responsiblities for Lighthouse Digest is to write a Christmas story for them every year. I just finished this year's which is entitled Abandoned. It is very different from what most people would expect for a Christmas story. Actually as I look back none of the Christmas stories have been traditional. I am sorry to say the Christmas stories are not put on the Internet. I guess they are a special treat for the magazine readers only so I guess you will just have to subscribe or buy a copy at your local bookstore.
Another article that I am particularly fond of is The Road To My House which I wrote for a annual periodical call The Shetland Visitor. It tells about all the neat things on the road to Eshaness Lighthouse.Happy Reading,
I love to hear from you so contact me by Email at sharma@sharmakrauskopf.com
You can find more articles in the archive under Island Miniatures/Lighthouse Letters.
I have three books which are directly related to this column. The Last Lighthouse tells how we bought our lighthouse, the day by day journal of a year at Eshaness entitled A Year in the Lighthouse and in Scottish Lighthouses our lighthouse is featured in the 31 lighthouses presented. You can find out more about these books and others I have written at my official author web site.
