Due to the huge response of approval to all the pictures last month we once again are bringing you kids a visual experience instead of a written one. This month's subject is what our family calls "Scotland Local Residents". They are known to the rest of the world as highland cattle.

First, let us meet a Father who is resting his hooves. Did you know that cattle spend over half their day laying down?

The babies are really cute with very gentle faces and timid natures.

Here one is getting a kiss from Father.

They seem to enjoy living on the shore. Even in the winter you will find them standing in the water.
