To say 'there is no...', simply use 'chan eil' instead of 'tha'
There is no toilet - chan eil taigh beag ann -- chan yeyll tigh behk ownnTha... ann is also used in many idiomatic expressions, so don't get confused if you come across it in a context where it can not be translated as 'there is'.
