Fiddler's Bid are a Shetland based band. Their music is firmly rooted in the Shetland tradition, but greatly influenced by many different styles. This, their second album, comprises many traditional and contemporary tunes, some written by the band members and all arranged by Fiddler's Bid. The four fiddles and Scottish Harp are complimented by guitar, bass and piano accompaniment, creating dynamic Fiddler's Bid sound. We really like this CD for the great range of music which it contained and it was all well done.
