![]() Co..? Gaelic for, Who..?, Anne has been respected for many years as a singer, well known in traditional music circles, her move to a wider audience is long overdue. The Album is a result of a lifetime's experience of Gaelic song, evolving with the help of the Scottish West Coast's finest musicians, Malcolm Jones playing with Runrig, Iain Macdonald ex- The Battlefield Band and Ossian, and Iain MacFarlane guesting with The Boys of the Lough, their track record is such that they need no introduction. Edinburgh Folk Festival said that Anne "was fast becoming one of Scotland's most highly acclaimed Gaelic singers," whilst the Scotsman newspaper wrote, "Martin sings these Gaelic traditional songs straight from the heart, never more strikingly than in the awesomely beautiful lullaby Maighdeanan na h-airigh, " Dirty Linen the US Folk Music Magazine said simply, "Her expressive voice and presentation seem to embody the spare beauty of her part of Scotland."
