This CD was produced to coincide the the 20th annual Shetland Folk Festival to which favourite visiting artistes from previous years have been invited to return. The festival started in 1981. Veesik Records is donating a generous proportion of the profit from sales of this album to the Shetland Folk Festival Society to assist with future festivals.

The album has some beautiful and lively music which is so typical of Shetland. If you like Shetland music you will love this CD.
