An Tuil

Over 820 pages of modern verse presented in Scots Gaelic and English side by side. The volumne contains 351 poems by one hundred Scots Gaelic poets. The chronological listing by poet, and extensive and detailed biographies, amount to a study of the Gaelic experience of the twentieth century. Even you are not into Gaelic the English translations give you great insight into Scotland and the way of life in the last century.
